"Walk The Line" combines the expertise of physician directed training programs with experienced, knowledgeable certified trainers to help each client reach their goals for RECOVERY.

"Walk The Line" is an exercise based recovery program. Our experienced team works with clients to develop creative individual recovery programs. "Walk The Line" incorporates the newest information available from emerging research around the globe. Our program is designed to activate muscles and nerves below the level of injury. Because the majority of our exercises are done in weight bearing positions and also in order to maximize benefit to the client, we use two trainers per client during most sessions. "Walk The Line" sessions are 3 hours in duration and clients are encouraged to attend at least 3-4 days per week in order to achieve maximum results. Our clients are goal oriented, empowered and recovery driven.

"Walk The Line" represents a commitment to spinal cord injury recovery through knowledge, education and empowerment. It symbolizes the balance of what has been taught and what we know to be true.
